- 2006: Webb emerged as one of the most dominating starters in the Lp2 and a Regular Season Cy Young Award candidate, posting a league high 23 wins against just 4 losses, tossing 3 shutouts and striking out 191 in 227 1/3 innings. His 3.56 ERA placed 9th in the league, and 24 quality starts placed 3rd.
- 2005: Re-acquired before the season, Webb again found success in Ybor, posting a 14-9 record to go with his 4.31 ERA. He pitched over 200 innings (200 2/3) for the first time in his career.
- 2004: Brandon spent time with three franchises during the year, starting with the Roller's he pitched his way back to the Florida Christians(5-6, 6.62 ERA), where he quickly fell out of favor (0-2, 5.66 ERA in just 4 starts). The Denver Broncos took a chance on him for the 2004 A season, and he responded with a 4-4 record and 5.29 ERA in his 12 starts, walking more batters (39) than he struck out (38).
- 2003: After being the first overall pick in the 2003 Rookie Draft, Webb pitched horribly for the Christians (7-8, 6.49 ERA) during the 2003 A season. Traded to the Ybor City Rollers before the 2003 B season, Webb posted a fine 11-7 mark with a 3.76 ERA, and added a no-hitter versus the Sante Fe Gamblers.
