Player Notes
- 2006: Acquired to solidify the SS position, Carlos did just that, hitting .314 with power (23 HR, 73 extra base hits) and RBI's (101).
- 2005: Guillen spent most of 2005 battling injuries that sapped him of his power. He managed to hit for a high average (.291) when he did play, but managed just 7 extra base hits in 172 at bats.
- 2004: Finally settled in as a regular with the Sante Fe Gamblers, Carlos hit .291 with 37 homers and 200 runs scored in 321 games.
- 2003: Guillen again struggled to hit over .200 as he finished at .183 in 104 games.
- 2001: Carlos appeared in 35 games and hit just .176 in 74 at bats.

Player Highlights
- Selected as a reserve for the World Team in the 2006 All Star Game.
- Traded to the Ybor City Rollers along with SP Doug Davis, SS Bobby Crosby and CF Brian N. Anderson on December 13, 2006, in exchange for SP Tim Hudson, SS Jason Bartlett and RP Chad Qualls.
- Drafted in the 6th round, 62nd overall by the Sante Fe Gamblers in the 2002 Free Agent Draft.
