  • 29th overall draft pick (Round 3) in the 2005 Rookie Draft by the South Side Soldiers.
  • The steal of the 2005 Rookie Draft. The Soldiers were high on him and traded to get that pick. But little did they know that he would develop so quickly into a devestating force at SS. Speed, power, glove, average, arm. The prototypical 5-tool gem.
  • Already platooning with SS mainstay Miguel Tejada. Will probably force the trade of Tejada within a year.
