Player Notes

  • 2006: Jeff hit .304 with 15 HR, 71 runs and 73 RBI out of the number eight spot in the lineup. He was rock solid on defense as well, committing just 8 errors (.985 fielding percentage) in 147 games.
  • 2005: Kent rebounded to hit .280, smack 22 homeruns and even drive in 65 runs from the number 8 spot in the lineup.
  • 2004: Jeff played his last season in Los Angeles, knocking out 23 homers and driving in 77 runs, but an ownership change saw Kent sent to the Ybor City Rollers where he struggled through his worst season since 1999, hitting .225/.267/.394 with 20 homers and 84 RBI.
  • 2003: Jeff continued to hit for moderate power (39 homers) and drive in runs (185 RBI), but it wasn't enough to carry the Kings into the playoff chase.
  • 2002: A bounce back year, Kent hit 35 homeruns and scored over 100 runs in each season, and drove in a combined 205 runs.
  • 2001: After two huge season, Jeff struggled combining for just 23 homers, 131 runs and 151 RBI. He did manage to play in all 162 games for the 4th consecutive season.
  • 2000: Playing a big part in the Kings back-to-back Lp2 Championships, Kent combined for 68 homers, 211 runs and 287 RBI, taking home World Series MVP in the process.
  • 1999: Jeff struggled at 2b for the MoJo JoJo's, and was traded to the Los Angeles Kings after a .239/.303/.368 season with 14 homeruns and 62 RBI.
