- 2006: Mauer had a sensational season, hitting .350 (2nd in Lp2) with a .414 OBP. He scored 114 runs, surpassed 200 hits (206) and collected 50 2B. For good measure he stole 14 bases in 15 attempts, and threw out 33.3% of opposing runners for the second straight year.
- 2005: Joe's power numbers were down (just 8 HR and a .396 slugging percentage), but he hit .284 with 68 runs scored, and gunned down 33.3% of opposing base stealers. He also swipped 7 bases against just 1 caught stealing.
- 2004: Mauer quickly lived up to being the 2nd overall pick in the 2004 Rookie Draft, as he hit .268/.314/.446 during a brief rookie year (112 at bats), before an impressive .336/.380/.532 sophomore year. He totaled 19 homeruns, 89 runs scored, 72 RBI and just 49 strikeouts in 552 at bats.
