- 2005: Pitching behind Chris Carpenter in the Roller's rotation, Buehrle registered a 16-9 record, to go along with a 3.69 ERA in 257 innings in his first full year with the team. He also tossed 7 complete games and induced batters to hit into 31 double plays (tied for the league lead).
- 2004: After struggling during the 2004 A season (15-9, 5.10 ERA), Mark was having a great season for the Denver Broncos before he was acquired at the trade deadline. For the season he combined to go 13-10, with a spectacular 3.39 ERA (2nd in the league).
- 2003: Pitching sparingly during the 2003 A season (2-2, 7.17 ERA in 42 2/3 IP), Buehrle came back with an impressive 2003 B season, posting a 3.28 ERA to go along with his 16-8 record.
- 2002: After a fantastic 2001, much was expected of Mark, but he pitched poorly, going 18-30 with a 4.90 ERA.
- 2001: Enjoyed a breakout 2001, winning a combined 34 games against just 19 losses, Mark also had a 3.52 ERA in his 485 1/3 innings pitched. He finished what he started, pitching 25 complete games.
