Team History
The Ybor City Rollers came into existince during the end of the 1999 B season, when team owner Morgan DeMarco took over the franchise from Justin Sanger and relocated the Sante Fe Gamblers. The team was a combined 141-104 before Sanger relocated the team back to Sante Fe during the 2000 B season.
The Rollers re-entered the league before the 2001 B season, as DeMarco took over for James Reisdorf and the Swindon Pipers.
- They have qualified for the playoffs eight times (5 Bambino Conference Titles and 3 Wild Cards), and won three LP2 Championships.
- Have an All-Time Lp2 record of 1034-669, for a .607 winning percentage. (Thru 2006 Season)
- Players have captured 3 Regular Season Cy Young Awards, 5 Regular Season MVP Awards, 2 All-Star Game MVP Awards and 3 World Series MVP Awards. (Thru 2004 B Season)
